Delete Your My Morocco Account

You can request deletion of your My Morocco account and associated authentication information.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to usbmail00@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject: My Morocco Account Deletion.
3. Send the request from the Google email address used to sign in to the app.
4. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account.

Information deleted

After verification, we will delete:

• Your Firebase Authentication account.
• Your Firebase user identifier.
• Your name, email address and profile photo associated with the account, where stored by My Morocco.

Information stored on your device

Saved stories, viewed stories, reading progress, offline content and app preferences are stored locally on your device. You can delete this information by clearing the My Morocco app storage or uninstalling the application.

Retention

Some limited information may be retained where legally required, for security, fraud prevention or record-keeping. Account deletion requests are normally processed after identity verification.
